Two men were set afire by an angry mob in the Delta community after being accused of being kidnappers.

 

An angry mob set fire to two men in Mosogar Community, Ethiope-West Local Government Area of Delta State after accusing them of being kidnappers.
 
Thursday, February 13, 2025 was the day of the incident.
 
Four men were accused of trying to kidnap a woman who raised an alarm, which drew the attention of passersby.
 
Two of the suspects were apprehended by the residents, while two others managed to escape.
 
Before being set ablaze, the suspects were hacked to death.
 
The spokesperson of the State Police Command, SP Bright Edafe, confirmed the incident but gave no further details.
