Merve Taskin, a star of OnlyFans, was arrested for offering a Valentine's night to a fan for £9k and stating her expectations for the transaction.

 

After pledging to spend Valentine's Night with a fan for £9,000, Merve Taskin, the Turkish star of OnlyFans, was detained under house arrest.

 

The 27-year-old influencer marketed a Valentine's Day dinner date on X to her 124,000 followers, offering a substantial sum for a romantic evening, which she referred to as a "girlfriend experience". Her personality and physical assets were enticingly described in the post, along with bonuses, warning fans not to fall in love with her.

 

On February 14th, she was arrested for offering obscene services after her post went viral. Taskin was placed under house arrest by judges at Caglayan Court on February 15 while her phone and social media accounts were investigated.

 

In her social media posts following her arrest, Taskin recounted her experience of spending a night in a detention cell with local prostitutes, expressing disbelief about her situation. In 2021, she was given a five-month prison sentence for posting explicit photos from her vacation in Amsterdam.

 

Taskin's arrest comes after her controversial post was condemned by the public, and she now faces legal scrutiny for her online activities.
