I am proof that God is still with me. A Nigerian woman celebrates the one year anniversary of losing a leg to cancer.

 

Oluwaseunfunmi Akindeko, a Nigerian woman who fought cancer and lost one of her legs, has marked the first anniversary of her survival.

“One year ago today, I lost my leg to cancer. The enemy’s plan was not just for me to lose my leg, but for me to be buried. But Today I stand as proof that God is not done with me. That his mercy speaks louder than any verdict of the enemy. Thank you lord Jesus,” she wrote on Sunday, February 16, 2025.
